We highly recommend if you are not hosting your accounting and payroll software with us that you have a full-time or part-time employee that does the bookkeeping from your office/home. We never recommend the person handling the money is the same person who reconciles the money. We have clients that all we do is bank recs, credit card recs, etc for them to have a safe guarded check and balance system.
