This includes monthly reconciliation for all bank accounts, credit card accounts, and company loans. We will set up and modify your chart of accounts as you see fit (of course we will guide you through this to what makes the most sense for what you want to see). We will provide basic financial statements and close out your month.
Remote Full Service Accounting Services
$900
With this package we will host your own QuickBooks account (included in the cost). Full service bookkeeping including A/R, A/P, bank recs, credit card entries and recs. This includes budgeting and job costing reports as well as monthly financial reporting. We will invoice your customers directly and pay your vendors for you providing detailed reports of all transactions. This come with unlimited email/text support. Our most popular package!
Remote Full-Service/Strategic/Payroll Accounting Services

This partnership service includes everything with the Full Service Accounting Services package plus customer collections/AR follow up, company cash projections, budgeting, monthly onsite meetings, Ad Hoc reporting, payroll processing (direct deposit and all payroll liabilities for up to 5 employees), prepare and issuance of W2s and 1099s, all while being available for unlimited support via phone/email/text including evening and weekends.
Controller- 2 - GO Services
The scope of a Controller/CFO's role varies throughout an organization. Perhaps you need a little bit of this and little bit of that, we want to provide for you only what you need and want. We will collaborate with you to decide what projects need tackled first.
